"Bear Gallery"
Here you will find a display of some
Treadleonian bears.

This teddy bear's name is "Sam". He was made from a Carol's Zoo Newbear Kit from Keepsake Quilting. He was stitched on a 1904 Singer Model 27 treadle, and will be a Christmas gift for my 17 year old daughter.

This is Horace, my kite flying companion. Note his little box kite, it's kite bag, and the wooden kite line reel in his hand. Horace's kite really flies, and it's a hoot to put him in the middle of a field all alone and watch people notice the bear flying a kite! Horace is a 23" mohair bear. |
I made this little guy for a lady in Tasmania whose husband was retiring from the RAF. He took jump school and made his qualifying jump before I sent him out. |
| Two mohair bears I made this summer. The first was traded for a Singer industrial sewing machine, the second is mine. |
