"The Soap Factory"
The Soap Factory was Treadleonia's media station and source of entertainment and news. It is the production facility for "Romance in the Afternoon" (RITA), Treadleonia's continuing soap opera, (or more popularly, if disrespectively, "Lust in the Rust". This was a continuing saga of romance, passion and adventure among the sewing machinesÖ a show that goes where no show has gone beforeÖ or would want to!
The Soap Factory was also the broadcasting headquarters for KTRED, The Voice of Treadleonia.
The Soap Factory is closed, and KTRED has shut down its transmitters. However, in the interest of preserving some of the feel of the old Treadlelonia, the first four episodes of RITA and a couple of the KTRED newscasts are saved here.
