department of resource & environmental liaison
The Treadleonian department of resource & environmental liaison deals with all issues of native flora and fauna of Treadleonia. They are responsible for study and management of crops and native animals, primarily the bears, dragons and dremls. While a division of the government, the department is closely associated with the University of Treadleonia and has its offices at the University.
Much was already known about bears and dragons, and relatively little research has been done regarding these creatures as they exist in Treadleonia. However, dremls were an entirely new species, known to exist only in Treadleonia, and the University and the department have devoted extensive efforts to their study.
