An English 128 with a set of decals that shows up on them sometimes… very pretty, no name that I know of |
here's another one with the gingerbread or Tiffany decals… |

Here is a VS 2 in the "painted" roses decal |
and another view of same |
|
and here are some flowers on a VS3 |

this is a 15-30 with the somewhat less common wise owl decal… close-up to the right |

This one and the one to the right are another nice example of the Tiffany or Gingerbread decals, this time on a Model 27 |

Janis Hill sent in this picture of a 15-30 with a very interesting new (to me) decal, lovely filigreed roses. Note that the decal for "Singer" seems to be put on over the roses. It also appears to be more modern in print style than the machines age would suggest. The overall design seems to be later in styling than the machine's age. |
It's possible this machine was refurbished and given new decals in the late 1940's - 50's. In any event, a most beautiful pattern. Here is a close-up of the pillar work… I didn't show the cabinet here, but the machine is in the real old style treadle base, with coffin top, one drawer and drop leaf extension. |
