flower pattern Singer… this appears to be a VS3… I am told this pattern also appeared on New Families.

You may think this is a New Family 12, but it is a Medium or 13.. beautiful condition and clear image of the usual decals for this series.

this one and the one to the right are a very nice example of a flowered decal, called the "Rose" (see center of bed). Here on a 15-30

this is the so-called "pheasant" decal.

here, the "pheasant" in close-up… to me, it doesn't look a lot like a pheasant, more like a guinea hen or maybe quail. The bird in flight to the left looks like a fiercer customer. I have been told this design came from Europe, and I'm wondering if it might involve some kind of special significance in mythology or something…
